1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the goinbd platform and its users ("Members" or "you"). By accessing the goinbd.lat website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, please update your account as soon as possible or contact our support team. goinbd will not be responsible for any delays in transactions caused by incorrect or outdated information.

3.4 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use an account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for all methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if the following conditions are not met:

• Identity verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been fulfilled.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• Falling victim to the actions of another member or illegal activities.
